When is your bullet journal video going to come out? I loved your first one and I can't wait for the follow up.

Hello Rachel!
I've been following you for a while now and I'm such a fan of your work and your creativity. You seem so true to yourself, and I really love that! I remember that the first video I saw on your YouTube channel was the WHAT TO WEAR THIS WINTER Lookbook and I have to say it still one of my fav videos you ever did. I love the way you filmed it, edited it (the music is on point) and not to mention your sense of style and hair (damn, you rocked that hair color). I would love to see more videos like that on your channel!
Thanks for your positivity, creativity and energy Rachel, and keep up the good work!! xx

thank you! I really love that video too, for a while I didn't have someone to film my videos - I do everything myself. Its hard to pay out of pocket for a video that is not sponsored, to be totally transparent.

Butttt I will try to work on it! I have a new assistant who is also typing out this response. hiii I'm Brigitte hii πŸ™‚

Hi Rachel! I was wondering you knew of any "safe" perfumes. I've been really getting into perfumes lately, but the insane amount of chemicals in perfumes worry me. I know you're into fragrances, and was hoping you could recommend me some non-toxic perfumes! Thank you so much!
Admin Reply by: Rachel
I really really loveee the oil fragrances at Whole Foods and they're super cheap!! 🌸

Hey Rachel,

Firstly I think you're the bomb!! That's such a cliche phrase and so uncool but I think you're so amazingly positive and inspirational. I'm really out of a creative degree in UK and i'm hustling my little lift away. Could you reply, or even better make a lush youtube video, about hustling please. Just how you go about it, how you feel about it, your process for making opportunities happen that don't even exist before you say they're there. I'm trying to do exactly that at the moment and would love to know your view point

I hope you're having a great January and 2018 so far. I wish you all the happiness and joy in the world, and so much love. I'm sorry for being so fan gurl, but I think it's amazing that because of the internet I can be inspired and enthused by someone like yourself towards my own life.

Stay golden <3

I really love how you said that, it definitely is a very interesting video to make. I've been wanting to do a video of those sorts for a while but trying to do it without being so wordy.....wordyy..

But to answer your question, I think I'm really good at seeing problems and coming up with solutions before anyone else does. And in that sense, I use that skill to hustle with opportunities that people haven't seen yet. I guess I'm like an opportunist by nature in some way!

Hi Rachel,

I was reading through some of your questions and saw that you mentioned you were in, "asset management in housing-development." How did you make the switch to being a denim designer and content creator, even though you did your bachelor's in Economics?

Thanks and absolutely love your videos! xx

I got hired at that job because I worked at Starbucks and the girl really liked me and hired me to work at her office. I just did it to get through school. I think because I share such a vision that is very particular online, is how I got hired to do my job at Paige. They scouted me!
daisy wrote on January 22, 2018 at 2:28 am:
hey girl! i creeped your linkedin and saw you studied economics. what made you want to study economics? what did you want to do as a career when you were in college?
Admin Reply by: Rachel
literally only went to school because I was forced to and it was the most general major I could do. I was already working on my blog stuff and so I was seeing where that was going. I had no vision, I was just going with the flow!

Hi Rachel! Your New year, New Me Reset video is truly inspirational and I wanna say thank you! I did follow through your video (even had my mac folders sorted out with emojis in its namesπŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’») and I just feel so much better afterwards. I really adore you and how you stand out among all the other influencers - with the content you created, your delivery style and your chicness in general. I agree with how everyone says you're a breath of fresh air! Keep doing what you're doing, you're my itGirl! 🌟 Lots of love from your Thai fan πŸ’–

Hey Rachel! ibukun! (That’s means blessings in my language). I’m not sure if this question has been asked or answered but I wanted to know what is a good blogging website to create something as beautiful and eccentric as your site. I don’t want to copy you at all, that’s not my intention, I have so many wonderful ideas on how I want my blog to use, and all these CMS (like wix, Squarespace) are so simple and I can’t express what I want. Do I just hire a website developer or??? (Lol bones ques. What was your major/what did you study at school?)
Admin Reply by: Rachel
hi! I made mine off of Wordpress but I used a developer for it. I hear Cargo and Wix are both really good options, you just have to know how to code a little bit and think outside of the box that they put you in, as the beginning consumer. You can definitely create a quite advanced site on those platforms! & I studied economics but I only went to school because I was forced to. xx

How do you save $$? Advice on budgeting?
Admin Reply by: Rachel
I guess I'm just a little picky where I spend my money, I'll splurge seasonally on clothes but I'll mostly put the majority of my paycheck in my savings and leave out only what I need for my rent and stuff πŸ˜… honestly I'm not the best person to ask!
Malin wrote on January 16, 2018 at 5:16 pm:
I was just wondering what you did the first year/few years after you graduated? And in comparison to that: if you had finished school now, being interested in a lot of different things but not willing to immediately start studying again, what would you do? I'm graduating this spring and feel there's about a hundred things I want to do.. Every idea seems exciting so there's no anxciety connected to it (yet), but yeah, would love to hear your thoughts. Maybe travel or move some place different? Take a course?
Love from me, thanks for creating such inspiring and authentic work. <3

I pretty much started working from the moment I was 15 to now. Even going through college and after college, I was always working whether it was for my blog or a company. I never had time for myself, and if I could do things differently I would live in another city before I got too acclimated where I am! x

Hi Rachel!!
Recently I've been thinking about buying "vlogging" camera and I'm stuck between GoPro and Canon g7x
I know theyre completely different but they both can film and take nice pics. Only gopro can go underwater which canon cant but on the other hand canon is amazing to!
I really cant decide so I wanted to know your opinion πŸ™‚
Admin Reply by: Rachel
i say canon g7x all the way. the gopro is not comparable to sound quality which is so important to good video making. like, the canon is so good, i rarely use my DSLR to film. the gopro wouldn't be able to replace that. but i want one too, it's definitely a purchase to get once you expand more. also, i don't recommend it completely.... but i've used my phone to film underwater (totally was okay in a pool setting, home buttton stopped working in the ocean lulzz)

Hi Rachel! I was wondering if you still use Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Β™ Tiger Grass cream? And since the color ultimately turned into a beige, would it not be recommended for those when a medium skin tone? Thank you in advance, hope you're having a relaxing day
Admin Reply by: Rachel
yeSsssssSS i love it so much still - but yah, i guess i don't really use it when i'm tan. i like it cause it's like a physical sunblock. do you have a sephora around you to test it out? it's definitely a love/hate depending on your vibe, you know?
